- Support new client acquisition efforts, including networking and business development.
- Prepare and deliver proposals to prospects and clients in accordance with Total Networks standards. Your proposals must be clear, compelling, and appropriately manage expectations.
- Work with clients to develop a deep understanding of their needs and collaborate with the sales engineering team to translate those needs into solutions
- Manage the Business Technology Review process to:
- Effectively plan and budget IT spend to maximize client productivity and eliminate surprises
- Collaborate with the Total Networks technical team to facilitate upgrades that will avoid or resolve root cause issues
- Keep clients in compliance with software licensing agreements
- Ensure clients understand and adopt security best practices.
- Educate clients about new technology options
- Maintain strong business relationships with key client stakeholders
- Communicate the value provided by Total Networks
- Investigate and promptly respond to any negative service ticket reviews, or other complaints from assigned clients
- Attend education events or webinars to keep of abreast of industry trends
- Be relentless to ensure your clients are raving fans of Total Networks
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to travel to client and prospect sites within the metropolitan Phoenix area
- Salary plus commission
