• Quality Assurance:

• Maintain high-quality standards in all landscaping work, paying attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the proper care and maintenance of landscapes.
• Equipment and Materials Management:

• Manage and maintain landscaping equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Order and manage the use of materials required for landscaping projects.
• Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for the team.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Client Interaction:

• Communicate with clients professionally, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Provide recommendations and options for landscaping improvements.
• Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including project timelines, materials used, and labor hours.
• Generate reports for management as needed.

• Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman or similar role in the landscaping industry.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations in the landscaping field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Relevant certifications in landscaping or horticulture.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency.
