- Utilize reporting tools necessary to perform daily, weekly, and monthly tasks including all available technology.
- Assist in implementing new tools, reports, and technology to analyze and report data needs within banking, credit cards, and financial trends.
- Develop, maintain, and support standard reporting templates and those that support financial results.
- Provide timely feedback to management on financial analysis for individual hotels, regions, or entire portfolio as assigned by management.
- Assist with employee expense reimbursement system (Concur Solutions) including set ups, changes and report generation.
- Support Shared Services accountants while learning their responsibilities and act as primary back up.
- Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear and precise data analysis.
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
- Practice safe work habits.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in accounting or finance preferred.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced skills with Excel.
- Required to sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds, bend, reach, use hands and fingers to operate keyboard.
