- Create and enter Purchase Orders and Burden Purchase Orders
- Produce Job Adds; enter them into Vista
- Takeoff or receive/quote/purchase material for jobsites
- Create/send Schedule of Values (SOV)
- AIA Billing and Lien Waivers
- Request/send permits
- Produce and price change orders; enter them into Vista
- Create/maintain job folders
- Create/track submittals, Requests for Information (RFI's) and Operations Manuals (O&M's)
- Manage equipment rentals for all plumbing projects
- Visit jobsites
- Create job plans
- Degree or certification in construction management or project management, preferred
- 1-2 years construction industry experience, preferred
- OSHA 10-Hour certification, preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Must be able to remain calm under pressure and interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner
- Attention to detail and data entry skills
- Self-motivated and able to complete tasks with little direction
