- Responsible for receiving meus from Chef De Cuisine each week on due dates and working with executive chef on accountability
- Data Entry of residential dining menus each week into the PRIMA system
- Handles MI request, new recipe request and other request that are needed while working in conjunction with the Executive Chef
- Engages with Health/Wellness Coordinator, Sustainability Coordinator and Executive Chef to analysis menu on a nutrition level and sustainable food level on a daily/weekly basis
- Knows and understands Harvest Table Culinary Group's Three Pillars and Five Food Commitments
- Attends scheduled meetings each week with culinary team, Executive Chef, Health/Wellness, and Sustainability and other meetings as directed
- Daily Auditing of PRIMA results and reporting
- Daily Auditing of Enable Information to include temp logs, production sheets
- Operates such technology, systems, and software as voicemail systems, copies/scanners, personal computers, and Microsoft Office
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
- Complies with all harvest Table Clinary Group's SAFE food, occupational, and environmental safety policies
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including (but not limited to) Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Position requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of up to 25 pounds
- Position requires frequent repetitive motion of hands and/or arms
