- Oversee ORR UC contract compliance within the respective branch location(s);
- Develop, train and supervise staff whose responsibilities contribute to UC contract compliance in alignment with job requirements, program and agency expectations, DHHS licensing, ORR, and COA requirements;
- Collaborate with ORR and stakeholders in order to provide data and analysis as needed;
- Serve as the lead for quality assurance and PSA related tasks for the respective branch location(s);
- Guide treatment teams in the completion of all SA/SIRs in compliance with the Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA) policy;
- Facilitate communication and training of relevant policy updates to the ORR UC team at the respective branch location(s).
- Regularly audit physical files to ensure compliance with policy;
- Maintain all reporting distribution lists specific to the needs of the site;
- Attend trainings and meetings as assigned by supervisor;
- Stay abreast of all agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements related to Foster Care and State Child Welfare Licensing;
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or Social Services from an accredited college;
- MSW or Master's level degree in Social Services, or equivalent field of study is strongly preferred;
- At least three (3) year of experience in working with child welfare standards, best practices, or quality assurance and compliance;
- At least one (1) year of experience managing others;
- Bilingual Spanish/English fluency preferred;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Must exhibit an ability to apply the principles of logic and critical thinking with problem solving;
- Must be reliable with time sensitive deadlines and tasks;
- Demonstrated ability with analytics and process improvement;
- Exercise a high level of confidentiality;
- Work well under pressure and adaptable to change;
- Computer skills sufficient to perform essential functions including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
- Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience to operate a vehicle on behalf of Bethany. Must also pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and maintain a reliable vehicle with proof of adequate insurance coverage;
- Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries;
- Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith and Mission Statement.
