- Generate reports for billing purposes and at client request
- Schedule reports to be sent to individuals on a need-be basis as well as to manager
- Schedule and host all Teams sessions for instructor led courses
- Assist with creating yearly course catalog and entering courses on L&D calendar
- Compile survey results, review comments, and send results to manager
- Perform analysis on client comments and make appropriate recommendations to instructional designer
- Update and maintain monthly and quarterly financial report to track activity for each learning object offered by L&D
- Continually monitor client experience with Docebo Learn learning management system and make appropriate recommendations to manager
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Docebo Learn or equivalent learning management system
- Ability to make decisions to solve client problems
- Be proactive in suggesting changes to improve communications with clients
