You will be an extension of the owners and should have a demonstrated ability to set vision, lead, and get things done. We expect the best candidates to possess 5–10-years of experience. We are willing to pay for experience, a background in construction, INDOT, parking lot maintenance, interstate, managing people, roads or property management is a definite plus.Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day IPS operations
Manage projects, maintenance, production, safety, and crew training
Coordinate with the Sales Manager to improve business operations
Execute the owners' vision for the growth and management of IPS
Pay & Benefits
We are willing to pay for experience, a background in construction, INDOT, parking lot maintenance, interstate, managing people, roads or property management is a definite plus.
