The Economic Research Associate will work in support of the deal team. They will conduct qualitative macro economic research to identify relevant economic evidence to support financial due diligence, market research, and ongoing relationship management for current investments and potential new investments.The Economic Research Associate will be responsible for:
  • Performing qualitative research to identify relevant economic evidence to support the investment team
  • Generate unique, thematic written research
  • Managing the creation of charts, tables, and other visual summaries of analyses
  • Drafting concise summaries of analytic work
  • Contributing to the production of final work product
  • Interpret and comment on high-frequency economic data releases

  • 0-5 years related work experience in economic consulting, government or investment management
  • PHD preferred, but not necessary
  • Strong analytic and research skills
  • Desire to work for a lean organization in a roll up your sleeves position
