Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond?This role is for a 4th shift position: Friday - Sunday, 6:00am - 6:00pm. Training will be on 1st shift or 2nd shift. Some travel for education may be needed.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular scheduled maintenance
- Respond to production emergencies
- Perform regular machine checks, schedule and perform repairs
- Operate production machines and equipment
- Check operation of support/facilities equipment
- General facilities maintenance (plumbing, electrical wiring)
- Independently handle projects from start to finish (materials, fabrication/installation and implementation)
- MIG/ TIG Welding
- Basic machining
- High School Diploma or GED
- U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
- Excellent mechanical abilities
- Knowledge of use of precision measuring devices
- Ability to troubleshoot and read blueprints
- Knowledge of Pneumatic systems
- Ability to fabricate sheet metal, piping, etc.
- Capable of MIG/TIG Welding
- Familiar with OSHA and general safety practices
- Ability to prioritize and adjust schedule to meet production needs
- Significant Plus: CNC & PLC knowledge, A/C and refrigeration, vacuum systems
- 5+ years' experience with 3+ years Low Pressure Plasma Spray a plus
- Good communication skills, following verbal and written instructions
- Work organized, clean and detailed
- Quick learner, self-starter, minimal supervision required
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible, available for OT
- Good attendance
- Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder
