Audi Service Advisor

• Greet Customers and provide a warm welcome to our Dealership
• Listen to customers concerns and gather detailed information
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs, estimates and timelines
• Collaborate with the service team to recommend appropriate services and solutions
• Provide regular updates to customers about their vehicles status
• Handle Billing, invoicing and ensure a seamless checkout process and active delivery
• Address Customer inquiries and resolve and concerns with professionalism

• Strong passion for Excellence in customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven customer service experience, preferably as an automotive service advisor
• Knowledge of Service department Software or computer systems( CDK is a Plus)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Detail- oriented, organized and committed to providing exceptional customer service
