- Provide technical and management oversight from inception to deployment of multiple complex projects.
- Provides guidance and direction in multiple tasks across several different discipline areas and including use of different technologies.
- Manages highly program/technical support operations potentially involving multiple projects.
- Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and execution of all program/technical support activities.
- Drafts, analyzes, integrates, review, and provides recommendations for program milestones and other documentation IAW Government, DoD and U.S. Army regulations.
- Recommends resolution of issues for program milestone decisions.
- Prepares, reviews, and delivers required reports and plans to include Project Management Plan, status reports, briefing material, and other contract deliverables.
- Provides project support for reviews, conferences, briefings, and associated meetings.
- Provides recommendations for planning, organizing, managing critical aspects of the development, production and/or deployment of capabilities.
- Develop, coordinate, and synchronize staff actions with Government, matrix, and support Contractor personnel responsible for the project process and deployment.
- Develop data collection methods and tools to monitor status and provide updates when changes occur.
- Performs other project management tasks as required.
- Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI eligibility.
- Education: Master's degree in business administration, economics, computer science, engineering, or relevant degree.
- Experience: Ten (10) years relevant program/project management experience, with at least three (3) years managing large, complex, and geographically distributed projects.
- Certifications: Program Management Professional
- Must be located within a 60-mile radius of Fort Huachuca, AZ.
- Demonstrated ability to interface with management and brief senior leadership on status of program status and risks (both technical and programmatic).
- Prior experience and close interaction and coordination with United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER), Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) G-6, and Army Chief Information Officer (CIO).
- Has an in-depth understanding of DoDIN-A operations and defense to Army customers.
- Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
