We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our First Quality Baby Products location in Macon, GA. The primary role of the position is supervising, directing, and coordinating the training and work of all maintenance personnel who maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and adjust the machinery, equipment, and components.Job responsibilities include:Observe all safety rules and use proper safety equipment at all timesFollow necessary GMP, FDA, and ISO regulationsSupervise, direct, and coordinate all maintenance processes and training of maintenance personnelPrepare and conduct performance evaluations for all maintenance personnelAdminister disciplinary actions when requiredAssign and monitor progress of assigned work or projectsPromote team atmosphere within the groupAssist with troubleshooting of all machinery, equipment, and components when requiredShare knowledge with team members to promote a high skill level in the groupContact outside vendors for special projects when requiredPrepare reports and updates in a clear and concise mannerRequired education, experience, and abilities include:High school diploma or equivalentThree to five years of supervisory experienceAdvanced knowledge of technology and mechanicsStrong leadership, communication, and analytical skillsFirst Quality is committed to protecting information under the care of First Quality Enterprises commensurate with leading industry standards and applicable regulations.
