- Oversee the financial, operational, safety, and service performance of the entire distribution center.
- Provide leadership and support to the facility team, ensuring consistent communication and execution of policies and procedures.
- Support functional departments in achieving KPI goals and customer service level targets by maintaining productivity rates and quality standards.
- Continuously analyze work processes to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements.
- Foster a highly motivated team and cultivate a positive work culture dedicated to superior customer service.
- Lead Employee Resource Groups and support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.
- Stay informed about warehouse management and supply chain/logistics trends.
- Drive and manage organizational growth-related changes.
- Offer effective logistics support to retail division customers and foster strong relationships with store and merchant groups.
- Ensure third-party delivery service meets delivery standards.
- Maintain OSHA compliance and uphold excellent safety processes to provide a secure work environment. Develop and enforce safe work practices.
- Fulfill other related duties, special projects, or assignments as needed.

- Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
- This position requires heavy lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Involves standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 30 lbs. stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. May involve reaching above eye level. Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on department and company needs.
