- Project Management: Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Quality and Safety: Ensure that all construction activities comply with quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor construction staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and budgets.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, as well as building codes and regulations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
