- Work with digital acceleration and product ownership mindset of service sales digital landscape, including: configuration to quote, digital payment services, contracts, subscriptions, e-commerce, pricing analytics, CRM, and retail sales management.
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 14 years of customer experience
- At least 6 years of management experience
- Master’s degree

Desired Skills
- Great knowledge of digital transformation and data management
- Know-how of automotive and retail network of dealer’s business
- Deep expertise in customer facing software (e-commerce platforms preferable)
- Service offerings, Lead Management, and prospecting
- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation and Software Automation
- Exposure to platform eco-system
- Digital Marketing and Sales pipeline management
- Understanding of a complex IT development environment and structure of the teams inside an agile framework, to be able to provide fast and effective deliveries in a continuous stream.
- Good understanding of the Agile way of working, product ownership, and design thinking
