- Experience with display cooking and presenting menus to guests
- Experience with effectively training employees
- ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain certification within one (1) year of employment (Employer Provides)
- Must have the ability to maintain a positive attitude and be able to work within a diverse workforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) and two (2) years of a food service experience in kitchens, preferably with high-volume operations
- Experience with recipe and menu development and production of high-quality food
