● Solve problems in connection with structural engineering.
● Present and review ideas from all staff to assist in the production of drawings and engineering design and analysis.
● Incorporate structural engineering design concepts with other disciplines.
● Review structural engineering design documents for compliance with approved code requirements.
● Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and others during various stages of project development.
● Review shop drawing and product submittals.Leadership Responsibilities● Assist principals and senior structural engineers in achieving project budget, deliverables, and schedule.Minimum Qualifications● Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering (Master’s Degree is preferred but not required).
● Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
● Ability to obtain professional licensure, or licensure process near completion.
●Demonstration of strong work ethic, initiative, problem solving, and ability to make decisions.
● Ability to collaborate with all project members.
● Effective communication skills through written, oral, and visual methods.
● General knowledge of site planning, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering, and architectural practice.
