sanitation compliance, provide menu planning, cost control and financial oversiggt, and staff leadership.This position is Monday through Friday with hours flexing between 6:30am and 5pm, depending on operational needs.Key Responsibilities:
- Operational excellence
- Plans and creates all menus
- Purchases and manages inventory
- Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
- Culinary degree preferred
- Three to five years of culinary management experience
- High volume production and catering experience
- Previous experience managing cost controls
- Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
