- Executes client projects, working independently or as part of a team
- Provides Healthcare Advisory and strategic guidance to clients across business service lines
- Assesses clinical, financial, and operational programs that generate value for the client
- Assists in the development of Programs and Initiatives that Integrate health care services
- Develops and closes a pipeline of opportunities for Health Care Advisory services
- Leverages the resources of BDO for success of the client in a wide variety of areas, including but not limited to finance/budget, reimbursement, HR, insurance, and technology
- Establishes and maintains long term sales and services to satisfy the client's needs
- Provides supporting data and industry expertise for financial and statistical analysis as requested
- Is directly responsible for solution engagement and thought leadership for industry areas as assigned by Segment and Practice Leaders
- Is directly responsible for delivery quality within solution leader role
- Is directly responsible for client engagement resource planning and solution recruitment needs, planning, and hiring cycle completion
- Other duties as required
- Supervises the day-to-day workload of Directors, Senior Managers, Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates on assigned engagements and reviews work product
- Bachelor's degree, required; focus in Life Sciences or Business, preferred
- Master's degree with Healthcare concentration, preferred
- Ten (10) or more years' experience in healthcare industry, required
- Five (5) or more years' experience in consulting, preferred
- Ten (10) or more years in senior healthcare leadership in strategy, operations, clinical and financial innovation, preferred
- Direct P/L responsibility and oversight, preferred
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, required

- Knowledge of fiscal management to aid in the operation of the practice sites within budgetary constraints and with maximum financial efficiency
- Knowledge of human resource management techniques to provide leadership to a diverse group of employees with sensitivity to legal and practical concerns
- Ability to learn the practice management computer system and its application sufficient to carry out job responsibilities
