- Responsible for continually monitoring the hotel, casino, and bowling center operations to endure adherence to the state gaming regulations, in house internal controls, and company policies and procedures
- Checks all surveillance equipment at the start of the shift to ensure everything is in good working condition
- Views the casino areas for identification of cheating activities, undesirables, theft, and embezzlement
- Maintains the daily logs
- Assists the Security Department in protecting the welfare of the employees and guests of the property
- Coordinates with local, state and federal law enforcement in the investigation of criminal activity which occurred on company property
- Keeps the surveillance equipment and working area clean at all times
- The ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods
- The ability to read, write, and speak in a concise and effective manner
- The ability to follow instructions and report anything out of the ordinary
- The ability to work in a noisy and smoky environment
- The ability to keep company matters confidential at all times
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Excels in retaining and recalling information
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Knowledge of Gaming regulations
- Basic computer skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 years gaming and or investigation experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with computer related systems
- Registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
