The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent mathematical skills, and a passion for maintaining accurate financial records. As our Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability and success of our company.Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
  • Monitor cash flow and manage budgets
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation
  • Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of home remodeling industry a plus
