- Acts as a liaison for the day-to-day routing between customer care, logistics, shipping, and transportation and gathers feedback for process improvements.
- Reviews weekly demand and volume data for routes, determines potential gains from re-routing, and recommends re-routes.
- Ensures that all routing activities comply with legal and safety requirements.
- Coordinates with cross functional teams such as operations and customer service to align routing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Generates regular reports to track and communicate performance metrics.
- Addresses routing challenges, disruptions, and exceptions in real-time.
- Collaborates with drivers, dispatchers, and other teams to find solutions to route-related issues.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements in routing and transportation operations.
- Implements best practices to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
- Audits and maintains Roadnet/NTS database regularly to ensure accuracy.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in routing and logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in logistics, routing, or transportation management.
- Experience with routing software and transportation management systems (Omnitracs, PCS, AS400-NTS, Samsara) preferred.
