Matt Cole Insurance Agency is growing and needs additional telemarketers. The ideal candidate will connect easily with people, be organized, and thrive in a high paced environment. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate quotes and follow-up on client focused campaigns. The right candidates can grow with us and have the opportunity for advancement.Compensation:· $15 to $16 an hour· Part-Time or Full-Time· Opportunity to Grow into a Full-Time Salaried EmployeeResponsibilities:· Make outbound calls to prospects using lists provided by the agency.· Build rapport with prospects and customers.· Answer incoming calls with a warm and welcoming voice.· Transfer calls to the sales and service team members.· Follow-up at specific times as requested by prospects.· Utilize scripts and processes for making calls and interacting with prospects and customers.· Other duties as required.Requirements:· Ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and actively listen· Experience using online applications, computers, and email· Must be a team player, organized, and able to work independently· Utilize agency technology for comments and notes· Willingness to learn and possess a positive attitude· Maintain confidentiality and privacy
