- Interact with vendors to get quotes for materials and place final orders

- Accurate filing both with paper and digital
- Understands that working independently and teamwork go hand-in-hand
- Able to represent yourself professionally with your teammates and our clients
- Has a natural curiosity and enjoys digging into and solving problems

- Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft Excel: creating formulas, improving templates, formatting spreadsheets
- 3 years of administrative support
- Customer service scheduling/dispatching/logistics
- Knack for Social Media Marketing
- QuickBooks experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- No smoker
