Our ideal candidate is a well-spoken individual who is knowledgeable about both our style and our cuisine. You should pride yourself on flawless execution, providing exceptional table service to our customers and maintaining table appearance. While we do not require you to have experience with our POS system, all applicants must have prior experience in food service, preferably in a fine dining environment.PRHYME Servers average $40,000 - $50,000 a year with tips.Summary of Position:Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to show our guests such a delightful time, they will want to return again and again. By attentively engaging guests, servers are acutely aware of the guests’ needs and desires, which will be matched to our offerings.Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Follow all JTR Group policies and procedures
  • Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, checking finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
  • Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every Guest receives exactly what they’ve ordered, just the way they like it
  • Running and Clearing of all plates in the Dining Room/Bar/Private Rooms.
  • Opening and closing responsibilities of the assigned area including set-up, stocking, replenishing, and daily preparation
  • Able to carry trays with plates and glassware
  • Has an eye for detail
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various heights
  • Must be able to go up & down stairs
  • Knowledgeable in all JTR Group products and offerings served
  • Must be able obtain Tulsa County Food Handlers Permit
  • All other tasks/duties assigned
Qualifications:
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be able to communicate respectfully and honestly with others, including all staff
  • Have knowledge of service, food, and beverage with at least 3 years of experience in front of house operations (or 1 year of fine dining experience)
  • Have a valid THD Food handler’s License and comply with all THD guidelines
  • Have a valid ABLE Commission LBW license and comply with all ABLE laws
  • Have POS experience and be able to do basic math calculations
  • Have the ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, up to 6 hours
