Job SummaryDue to our rapid growth, The Hinderer Motor Company is seeking experienced Sales Professionals to join our Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Team. The ideal candidate for this position will be an expert on all the models that we sell, will deliver high quality customer service and become a consultant to each customer on finding the vehicle that aligns perfectly with their needs. If you have a knack for sales and a passion for cars, we want to hear from you!!Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in purchase or lease of vehicles in a professional manner with uncompromised integrity.
  • Use initiative and diligence in prospecting for new customers.
  • Achieve consistently high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Earn manufacturer certifications and effectively demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
  • Promote repeat and referral business by building customer relationships through outstanding service and consistent follow-up.
  • Present automobiles in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
  • Continued professional growth through training and development.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, manage and prioritize multiple projects, and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Willing to work on-site at the dealership.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • High energy level and strong work ethic with a determination to succeed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Able to obtain a Sales License.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
