We prioritize diversity, authenticity, creativity, and dynamism to drive everydayAs a Direct Procurement Specialist at Amplifon Americas, you will play a pivotal role in transforming analytics and data into actionable plans, fostering supplier relationships, and optimizing the total North America Direct spend. Your forward-thinking approach will contribute to the continuous growth and success of our organization.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis:
  • Lead the collection and analysis of supplier-reported information.
  • Maintain the spend analysis database, identifying sourcing opportunities.
  • Utilize data and business insights to seek out optimization opportunities.
Relationship Building:
  • Establish strong relationships with suppliers, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional business units to support growth in each segment.
Supplier Performance:
  • Develop new supplier performance metrics across various business units.
  • Understand the unique needs of different units for optimal supplier collaboration.
Procurement:
  • Assist in negotiating and implementing total cost with suppliers.
  • Support global procurement projects and lead Supplier Business Reviews.
  • Serve as an escalation point for supplier relationship and governance issues.
  • Manage cost and pricelist, driving cost savings and effective spend management.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in a direct sourcing role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to create consensus forecasts aligned with marketing, sales, and finance.
  • Proficient in demand analysis and forecasting across different time horizons.
  • Experience in inventory management across multiple locations.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with cost savings strategies.
  • Proven expertise in Supplier Relationship Management practices.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and MS Office.
  • ERP implementation experience is a plus.
