- At least 7+ years of Relevant Information Technology experience
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ or be willing to relocate within US to some of our client offices. This position may require travel in the US.

- Prior Experience of Implementing Core HR, Talent Cloud, Recruitment Cloud and Cloud HCM Compensation Module
- Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
- Prior Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration
- Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.
- Prior experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
- Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis
- Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
- Have the End to End understanding of a company's HR processes.
- Exposure to Process Optimization/Modernization through digitization initiatives
- Worked with fortune 500 organizations in delivering finance transformation engagements with tangible outcomes.
- Project, talent management and thought leadership.
- Good articulation & presentation skills to a diverse audience and specifically to CXO level
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantage.
