Project Environmental Engineer / Geologist / Scientist

- Perform Environmental field activities including: Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Phase II Remediation field activities, Indoor Air Quality activities (mold, asbestos, lead-based paint), and underground storage tank removals
- Preparing and executing reports and other client correspondence
- Providing oversight, QA/QC, analysis, laboratory testing and field services as required to meet our Clients’ expectations
- Project Management and business development duties
- Cross-train with NOVA's other service lines
- Mentor junior staff and review reports
- Civil/Environmental Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Sciences Degree
- 5+ years’ experience with due diligence projects (Phase I, II)
- OSHA HAZWOPER certification is preferred
- Good communications and reporting skills
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Valid driver's license with the ability to pass a background check and MVR report
- Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM) or Lead-based paint certifications
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) are preferred, but not required
