Equipment Asset Coordinator

• Administers NSS policies and procedures to control and coordinate equipment calibration, maintenance, and physical inventory of assets.
• Monitors asset lifecycle, inventory, locations, maintenance status, photographing equipment for identification and record generation.
• Establishes and maintains comprehensive records of each asset.
• Coordinates processes and documentation required for new asset acquisition, disposal, replacement and tracking of lost assets.
• Works with vendors and other departments to maintain accurate and complete asset data.
• Interface with Government property administrator and plant clearance officer.
• Process Government property closeout and transfers

• Computer skills are a plus (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
