- Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion.
- Help manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion and cost efficiency.
- Maintain project documentation, including blueprints, permits, contracts, and change orders.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on the job site.
- Provide administrative support, including tracking expenses and preparing reports.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in construction project management or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
