Jewelry Experience is a plus but not required - we will train.HOURS: Monday-Friday 10:30 am to 5:30 pmKey Responsibilities:Coordinate Daily Operations: Efficiently manage the daily workflow of the showroom to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Answer Busy Incoming Phone Lines: Handle incoming calls with professionalism, providing information and redirecting queries as necessary.
- Record and Track Incoming Phone Calls: Maintain a log of phone interactions to ensure follow-ups and continuity in customer service.
- Greet and Assist all Office Guests: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.
- Maintain a Clean and Pleasant Waiting Area: Oversee the upkeep of the showroom, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Document and Schedule Meetings: Organize and maintain a schedule of appointments and meetings.
- Monitor Cameras and Door Access: Ensure the security of the showroom by monitoring surveillance equipment and managing access to the premises.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- A professional demeanor, with an ability to portray patience, understanding, and approachability.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
