You’ll have the ability to create multi-channel advertising campaigns from local, regional to national scale with products such as; broad reach over the air radio, stream and podcast, SEM/SEO, OTT, display,
social, heritage local and national events and more. Access to ongoing industry training, peer to peer/cross market idea and success sharing. Support team on all levels. Plus, Audacy offers an attractive base salary plus commission and bonus compensation beyond quota

- Build strong relationships with advertisers to ensure their success and repeat business
- Proactively develop new business via email/cold call/networking/referrals on an ongoing basis
- Meet with clients and conduct thorough needs analysis of their business
- Create multi-faceted effective marketing plans based on each individual client needs
- Communicate effectively with other departments internally to ensure client needs are being met
- Achieve sales goals, attend internal meetings and training meeting (both in person and virtually)
- Always provide top quality service to clients in a professional manner.
Candidates must have a positive attitude and a drive to win! Self-motivation is essential and you
approach this position as you are the CEO of your own business.Required & Preferred:
- Proven success in selling media, event sponsorships or digital platforms.
- Successful candidates will possess exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop new business and manage the sales process with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
- Thorough understanding of advertising and marketing including digital and audio/tv.
- Self-motivated, goal driven and creative.
- The ability to multi-task.
- Bring a winning positive attitude to the team.
- Basic knowledge of: G-suite products and Salesforce. Zoominfo is a bonus.
- Valid drivers license, insurance and a satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check is required.
