Snap-Tite Hose, a renowned manufacturer of top-quality fire, agricultural, and industrial hoses, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Key Account Marketing Manager at Snap-Tite Hose, you will play a vital role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and enhance brand visibility.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key target channels, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Take charge of developing integrated marketing campaigns that target specific demographics, psychographics, and behavioral characteristics across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional mail.
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams, content creators, and external agencies to ensure the timely and effective delivery of marketing assets.
  • Monitor the performance and metrics of campaigns, making necessary optimizations to maximize return on investment.
  • Identify the addressable market and develop tactics, while providing valuable input and recommendations to engineering on new product design to gain a larger market share.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing roles focusing on strategy development and execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Google Analytics Professional Certification
Competencies:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and digital marketing platforms including, but not limited to, Google Analytics, social media management tools, CRM platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all departments.
  • Proven experience in marketing management, with a track record of successfully developing and executing campaigns.
  • A passion for marketing, creative thinking, and a keen interest in industry trends.
