The Food Service III-Lead positions below are available for the 2024-2025 school year. They are Level 2, 182 days per year positions. Required Skills include a High School Diploma. Pay rate is $16.00 per hour minimum.
1 – Crossroads Middle School, 7 hours per day
1 – Washington Heights Elementary School, 6 hours per day
Knowledge and ability to perform job function: Carries out daily meal preparation including, but not limited to, food serving, following recipes and production menus, operating commercial ovens, slicers, food choppers, can openers, and cash register; cleans the food service/loading dock areas including, but not limited to, wiping tables, mopping floors, cleaning the dish machine, food service equipment, walls, restrooms, and washing pots, pans, and trays to meet Department of Agriculture standards; coordinates the activities of the Food Service IV employees including the proper completion of timesheets and leave requests; completes production records and other required paperwork, prepares daily deposit, monitors student accounts, and notifies parents about account balances.
