- Responds to guest and employee needs and resolves complaints and issues.
- Inspects food and beverage outlets and observes workers and patrons to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards.
- Ensures compliance with liquor control regulations.
- Ensures bars are stocked, cleaned and properly staffed
- Controls labor and operating expenses.
- Schedules and directs staff in the performance of work assignments.
- Maintains high food, service and health and safety standards.
- Maintains high visibility in the outlets.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal laws and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
- Hires, trains and manages staff in accordance with organizational and approved departmental standards, policies and programs.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ensuring all Guests receive superior service
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Performs all other duties as assigned
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two or more years related experience.
- Knowledge of POS systems and state liquor law.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
- Regularly required to see, hear, talk, stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under frequently fast paced work conditions.
- Ability to work in a noisy and smoky environment
