This person has expertise in an individual's special needs related to involvement with the criminal justice system and is expected to exercise initiative and judgment in discharging his/her responsibilities. Duties are conducted in accordance with all existing policies, procedures and regulations and in accord with the Mission and Values of the Company.Essential Functions:Builds relationships.Leads teams to support the people we serve.Collaborates with individuals, families and providers to ensure people are living their best lives.Facilitates meetings and discussions.Advocates.Critically thinks and problem solves.Prevents individuals from becoming incarcerated.Provides crisis intervention.Links individuals to community resources.Assesses needs.Completes and updates Individualized Service Plans.Completes case notes.Be on-call.Works on goals to reduce re-incarceration.Personal Characteristics:Independent, Tech-Savvy, Responsive, Ethical, Organized, Honest, Resourceful, Collaborative, Innovative, Kind, Team Builder, Active Listener, Life-Long Learner, Trustworthy, & MotivatedEducation and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, social welfare, sociology, vocational rehabilitation or related field. At least two (2) years of paid work experience with individuals who are/were involved with the criminal justice system, preferred.Employment Requirements:Automobile and Valid Insurance, Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Check, Act 33 and Act 34 Clearances, FBI Fingerprint Clearance, Social Security Card, Immigration and Naturalization (I-9), Drug Screening ClearanceWorking Conditions:Prolonged periods working on a computer in an open office environment, comfortable communicating through virtual technology, and travel throughout the assigned region may occur and may be in adverse weather conditions, must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
