- Oversee the sales funnel: support lead identification, monitor lead and opportunity conversation, and identify and implement solutions that improve sales velocity
- Manage CRM systems and data: ensure CRM data accuracy, build and improve automations, develop reports
- Develop standardized reports and dashboards that help communicate sales and business performance
- Provide operational support through all cycles of the sales process including lead identification, qualification, proposal development, and contract execution
- Support the development of sales enablement tools including pitch decks, proposal templates, case studies, presentations, one-pagers, blog posts, and outbound email campaigns
- Develop internal training materials to assist on-boarding new sales team members and roll out of new systems or processes
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Strong project management experience
- Data analytics and representation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, One Drive, Teams
- Experience using CRM, preferably Salesforce
