Description :Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests.
  • Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires.
  • Manage Open Order Reports - provide customer with an Open Order Report
  • MFG Needs - give the team any request that you are unsure of how to manage and be visible and willing to help on the floor to resolve issues - any part issues, documentation issues, hold issues, etc.
  • Manage Backlog - manage capacity, booking rate, weekly booking, RMA's, future orders, and customer forecast.
  • Manage SO Maintenance - check any SO's loaded into the Hunting Electronics D365 system for accuracy, all SO moves should have a corresponding customer PO move in the customer computer system, and assign appropriate commission on Sales tab.
  • Manage RMA's - manage the appropriate personnel to manage RMA's and adjust system to better serve the customer and the Hunting team, GAMs are accountable for all RMAs, and check to see if original invoice was paid when RMA product is returned from customer.
  • Documentation - manage all documentation packets from Sales and ensure package completion. If load needs to start without complete package request management approval. Facilitate ECO meeting on current product to develop a plan of action and assign action items, GAM is responsible to follow up and make sure the plan was executed.
  • Assists other departments within the organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
  • Reviews regional market to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales at direct accounts.
Required Skills/Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or minimum of one-year related experience required.
  • Satisfactory critical thinking skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients.
  • Up-to-date understanding of the industry's consumer behavior
  • Strong customer service and people skills for dealing with diverse types of customers and clients.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data.
  • Time management and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and clients at once.
  • Strong organization skills and diligence
  • Proficient in MS Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Maintain courteous relationships with all parties, both internal & external, work well with others in a team environment.
