Licensed engineer with a minimum of 10 years experience in environmental engineering with emphasis on water and wastewater treatment systems. Makes decisions independently on problems and methods with supervision and guidance generally related to overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters. Supervises, coordinates and reviews the work of other engineers and technicians.
