- Certified Public Accountant recommended or equivalent industry experience.
- Two years experience in public or industrial.
- Strong Microsoft office and spreadsheet experience and use of 10 key calculator.
- Ability to work under stress;
- Ability to work with hospital personnel of all levels;
- Ability to train and educate adult learners;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Ability to organize work and meet strict deadlines;
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability;
- Ability to coordinate and complete multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Health care financial terminology familiarity;
- Supervisory skills in setting priorities and seeing that deadlines are met;
- Ability to develop and implement cost and labor saving ideas.
