Skilled Construction Worker

- Answering phones and recording messages
- Receiving incoming calls from potential customers and documenting information in our CRM software
- Facilitating communication within the Sales Department
- Creating and distributing marketing materials
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople
- Perform demolition work, including tearing down structures and removing debris
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Learn and follow company policies and procedures
- 5 years of construction experience in any of the following trades (Ie. Electrical, Structural, Framing, Plumbing, Tile Setting, etc.)
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment is a plus
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required
