- Plan, schedule, lead and manage all aspects of multi-disciplined projects.
- Independently coordinate work of professional staff and balance team throughout entire project's development
- Establish and develop client relationships, and be involved with marketing, proposal development, contract development and adherence, engineering design and production meetings
- Participate in reviews with project owners and/or various governing agencies regarding regulatory compliance issues
- Conduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with other staff
- Coordinate workload through entire project development, and ensure completion of quality work products on schedule and within budget
- Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule and financial goals
- Work with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Department Manager for internal project reviews with company management as needed
- Perform other duties as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline
- A minimum of 10 years related experience
- 5 years industrial project management experience
- Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Project
- Basic understanding of Google Earth, ESRI ArcGIS, Autodesk AutoCAD, and Bentley Microstation
