Job SummaryOur Airport Driver's are responsible for providing transportation services for hotel guests between the local airports and The Coeur d'Alene Resort. Drivers greet guests as they arrive to the vehicle, assist in loading luggage, golf bags etc. and provide a safe and comfortable ride in one of the Resorts luxury vehicles. This is a non CDL position, the fleet consists of Suburban's, Limo Vans, and 14 passenger Sprinter vans. Our drivers are the first point of contact for many of our guests, so great communication skills and a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm is a must. Drivers may be required to lift luggage and other items up to 50 lbs. into and out of the vehicles. This is a great part time or full time opportunity.Essential Functions
  • Greets passengers and provides assistance with baggage loading and unloading.
  • Operates the vehicle in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations.
  • Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift.
  • Accurately completes driver trip sheet for each shift with correct information.
  • Treats all guests in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
Job Requirements
  • High school degree or GED equivalent.
  • Experience driving shuttle bus or commercial vehicles preferred.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Must be 21 years of age with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass DOT physical exam and must undergo criminal records check.
  • Ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment depending upon guest volume, shift, season, etc.
  • Possess positive and professional attitude with strong communication skills.

  • Must maintain a minimum of 30 hours per week or more.
  • Variable hour team members could be eligible12 months after their date of hire, with supervisor approval, so long as they have averaged 30+ hours per week throughout their first year.
401K Plan:
  • Team members are eligible to participate at the age of 21 or greater and at the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
  • 2% match with a 4% contribution from the team member.
PTO:
  • 6 months gets 7 PTO days - 728 hours (average 28 hours per week)
  • 1 year gets 10 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)
  • 2-4 years gets 15 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)
  • 5+ years gets 20 PTO days - 1,200 hours (average 23 hours per week)
Holiday Pay:
