Job Title: 2nd Shift Lead Operator
Pay Rate: $19.00-$22.00 Hourly
Hours: Monday-Thursday 7PM-7:30AM
Overtime as NeededPosition Summary:Summary Description: Seeking a dedicated and skilled 2nd Shift Lead Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves operating assigned equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and handling materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations during the 2nd shift, which runs from 7PM to 7:30AM over four 12-hour shifts. This is a leading company in the industry, offering a unique opportunity to work with a team of professionals dedicated to excellence.Job Responsibilities:Operating assigned equipment and performing other related duties as necessary * Maintaining satisfactory housekeeping levels in assigned areas
  • Handling materials, including retrieving raw materials, moving materials in process, and managing the movement and storage of finished product
  • Relieving breaks, lunches, and vacations for other team members
  • Performing other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to work with hazardous chemicals
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
  • Good mechanical and electrical inclination
  • Physical ability to lift and move materials such as 55 lb (25kgs) packages and move full 55-gallon.
