Welcome guests after they are seated
Exhibit professional attitude and presentation in accordance with our appearance and dress standards
Know the menu, including ingredients and prices
Know and relay specials, make recommendations to guests when requested
Take orders and communicate with Kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared and delivered in a timely manner
