- Interpret the business needs of the client group served and translate these needs into a talent management strategy
- Champion initiatives that support the success of the organization’s growth and reinforce a collaborative, aligned, inclusive and engaged culture.
- In collaboration with the global HR team, support the key HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation, mobility, recognition, learning and development and performance management
- Build performance management capabilities by coaching leaders to cultivate top talent and deliver effective feedback to foster employee development
- Be a trusted advisor and coach to leaders; ability to diagnose problems and drive solutions
- Collaborate with HR Leaders to plan, improve, and flawlessly execute annual talent processes (e.g., annual talent assessment, executive succession and talent planning processes).
- Participate in the planning, design, and development of programs to meet career development needs/programs
- Provide effective coaching to leaders to resolve employee relations/performance matters, conduct exit interviews and provide leaders with value-add feedback and recommendations
- Work with leaders to drive organization design and workforce planning initiatives including alignment of resources to the top priorities, and building capabilities needed to achieve business objectives
- Understand and utilize data and analytics when making talent management decisions
- Champion and support diversity and inclusion initiatives to drive awareness and accountability and customize strategies where needed.
- Work closely with and be part of a fun, passionate and dynamic People team, to deliver ambitious people-related projects and value in a fast-paced environment.
- 7+ years of HR business partnering experience, preferably in the tech industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related degree
- Energetic professional who is able to effectively assess needs, identify potential options to meet the need, and effectively deliver the agreed-upon solution
- Strong working knowledge and experience with multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, organizational design, employee relations, employee engagement, talent management and development, performance management and general employment laws
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: approachable, tactful, ability to influence others, and to exercise sound judgment and discretion
- Exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and lead People initiatives
- Strong business acumen
- Working experience with HCM, Workday preferred
- Ability to work both tactically and strategically to get business needs met
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
