- Maintain professional relationships with travel suppliers, clients, and trip operators.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Strong command of various social media platforms, Zoom, and Google Suite.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills and effective collaboration with colleagues.
- Quick adaptation to diverse computer software programs, preferably with experience across various applications.
- Highly developed multitasking abilities and efficient task prioritization skills.
- Preferred minimum of 1+ years of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience as a travel agent is beneficial.
