- Analyze and report on P&L actuals v budget variances for the General and Administrative (G&A) and People and Culture (P&C) departments
- Undertake budgeting & forecasting for the G&A and P&C BU and its Departments
- Take the lead on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) Planning, Forecasting and Reporting, doing deep dives into variances and providing commercial insight
- Support, influence and drive key strategic and operational decisions within COGS & G&A functions.
- Owner of the CFO Reporting Package while working with other team members to develop their slides
- Identify potential efficiencies and drive automation within FP&A team's reporting in collaboration with data team.
- 3-5 years of professional experience with complex financial modeling and analysis, preferably within fast pace, dynamic and change intensive environments.
- Experience in financial planning & forecasting
- Ability to work independently, take ambiguous tasks and deliver quality output in a timely manner
- Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills. Familiarity with equivalent Google Workspace applications would be beneficial
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills (being able to make the complex simple)
- Experience in NetSuite, Salesforce and Workday Adaptive preferred but not essential
- Proven ability to implement efficiency-driven change management in core finance processes, systems, workflows, and controls that result in a material and positive change to the way the company operates
- A passion for working cross-functionally to optimize processes and enhance organizational efficiency, particularly in a scale-up environment.
- Experience in working within a truly global company, and demonstrating that global first mindset and attitude to work is preferred.
- Experience in Technology based subscription service companies preferred but not essential
